I would really appreciate some feedback on this one as I'm going back next week to try and get a better shot. I feel the composition lets this down a bit.
Any tips on how to get a less cluttered shot in woodland but still keep the woodland feel would be great!
the composition is ok....some of the foreground is a little bit overexposed... perhaps trying to find a patch of area with more even lighting... perhaps if you blur more of the background that will reduce clutter

Thanks for your comment, i'll try and get a better one later this week when i go again. The trees in the distance would look a lot better out of focus, thanks - i missed that!!
interesting angle using a sloping horizon. As mentioned the exposure needs a little compensating - shooting earlier in the morning will avoid a lot of that (I never shoot after the first two hours of the day light as its just too harsh).
nice effort

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
